You MUST include the name on the unit and unit number for your payment to be applied correctly. 

If you are paying for more than one unit:

Select the first unit size and fill out the required information then click add to cart.  You will then be taken to your cart where you click 'Continue Shopping' where you will be brought back here.  You then add the second unit information (size, name and unit #) and click add to cart.  You will be taken back to the cart to finish your transaction.

To pay for more than one month:

Fill out and click add to cart, when taken to the cart you can click the '+' next to the item to add additional months.  You then click the Checkout button to complete your transaction.
